This is it, the infamous Intense Slopestyle...don't ask me why I'm selling it, because I have no idea, and I'm sure I'll regret it before too long. This is by far and away the sickest bike I have ever ridden. I am the original owner, got it about 1.5 years ago. I work at Fanatik Bike Co. in Bellingham, Washington, so if you're in the area, feel free to drop by and check it out. Everything on the bike is in great shape, I maintain it meticulously. The drivetrain was recently replaced, chain is at 0.5mm (new), cassette was replaced with chain. I handbuilt the wheels myself, and I am the chief wheelbuilder at Fanatik Bike Co. (this means I have built hundreds of wheels). Here are some specs for you:
-Intense SS frame, Small, Works Raw, 6.7" (170mm) travel - Grease ported with angular contact lower bearings - results in extra long-lasting bearings. Small dent in the side of the downtube (not underneath). Came like this from Intense, but they assured me it is not structural, and it does not void the warranty. It literally took me 10 minutes of staring at the frame to even find it in the first place. It's purely cosmetic. I only mention it so there are no surprises.
-Rock Shox Vivid 5.1 rear shock, custom tuned with Racetech oil
-2010 Rock Shox Lyrik Solo Air 170mm, rebuilt and tuned with Racetech oil/grease
-Hope Pro II 20mm front hub
-Sun Ringle Jumping Flea 12x150mm rear hub
-Mavic 721 rims (one month old, no hops or dents whatsoever)
-Shimano XT cranks
-Chris King BB
-Point One Racing Podium Pedals (ridden on twice, SUPER sick pedals!)
-Point One Racing Split Second 50mm Limited Edition nickel plated stem, ti bolt hardware = lighter than a Thomson!
-Thomson Elite seastpost
-Fly Zusco saddle
-E13 LG1 chainguide
-Raceface 32T chainring
-Shimano SLX 11-34T cassette
-Chris King Devolution headset
-Intense Invader 2.35" tires, brand new
-SRAM X0 shifter
-SRAM X9 rear derailleur
-Shimano XT brakes/Goodridge lines
-Sunline V1 OS handlebar
-SRAM PC971 chain
As it sits in the photo, the bike weighs in at 34.2 lbs. This is a perfectly shreddable DH, FR, AM, trail bike at an incredibly light weight. The seat tube is uninterrupted, so you can toss the post up and pedal it up the hill easily. If you're looking for the one bike that can do it, this is your ticket! Buyer pays shipping, cost depends on location. Payment through Paypal only, no trades. Feel free to call or email me with questions.
